During my recent travels in Africa,
I observed that the continent suffers from unbalanced Gender Physics – they either have too much masculine energy, or compensate with too much feminine energy. Eniola Dada is exactly what Africa needs: a woman capable of mixing masculine and feminine energy to improve living conditions and
elevate women.

In 2007, Eniola established the Nigerian Network of Women Exporters of Services (NNWES), with the goal of supporting the economic empowerment of Nigerian women. The organization has brought hundreds of women together to learn, network, and develop their entrepreneurial skills in cooperation with one another. The NNWES has
connected members with other women entrepreneurs in Kenya, Ghana, and South Africa, and Eniola has traveled to Europe to represent her organization at international trade meetings.
NNWES is an organization based on the principles of feminine energy: cooperation, communication, and working together to benefit the collective. Yet it took a healthy dose of masculine energy to make it happen – Eniola took action by founding the organization and overseeing its expansion and success, and she took the initiative to travel to Europe to spread the word. Most importantly, Eniola’s success demonstrates the third Stilletto Step of Self-Assurance. We all need external validation of our internal compass, and Eniola's vision provided wisdom, guidance, and encouragement to women entrepreneurs across Africa.
